We are looking for Non-Functional test lead with 8+ years of experience

Research, analyze performance needs and develop appropriate non-functional testing strategy, defining the health parameters to be captured and analyzed

Gather and assess the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)

Prepare performance test plans, estimating effort and schedule for the engagement

Be responsible for setting up data, tools, databases to enable NFT

Conduct performance and functional testing in an agile environment across applications and interfacing systems.

Experience in using Manual/automated test tools for Functional and / or Performance, Stability and Scalability, Usability testing using LoadRunner, JMeter.

Develop and execute automated system testing scripts leveraging Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Develop test scripts and load models for performance testing based on system requirements, processes, and user stories.

Ability to parameterize load, spike, stress and soak tests.

Hands on Experience with performance monitoring tools

Ensure that performance testing results are accurately reported and documented, collaborating across system development teams to troubleshoot and identify performance bottlenecks.

Delivering NFT reports – status, performance metrics and recommendation

Provide technical guidance to team members.

Prepare all kind of reports and presentation for NFT outcome from testing.

weekly and Monthly reporting for NFT

Integrate non-functional testing activities into CI/CD pipelines and promote a culture of continuous testing and improvement.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Hands on Experience on Scripting/Automation.

Skills Strong technical background in software testing methodologies, including agile and waterfall models, .

Deep knowledge and experience in various types of non-functional testing, such as:

Performance testing (Load testing, stress testing, scalability testing).

Security testing (Vulnerability scanning, penetration testing).

And other relevant non-functional testing types.

Proficiency In Using Leading Non-functional Testing Tools, Such As JMeter.

LoadRunner.

Etc.

Proficient In Using Monitoring Tools Such As Splunk

AppDynamics

Other industry standard tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve non-functional defects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with CI/CD systems and integrating non-functional tests into build pipelines.

Robust leadership and team management skills to motivate, guide, and develop a go to team.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced agile environment.

Experience and Education

8+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on non-functional testing.

Proven experience in NFT role with various NFT tools.
