Content Writer & Community Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for 2 creative, independent and thoughtful Content Writers & Community Managers to join ReDial Clinic.

This is not a typical “fast-paced environment.” We’re not looking for someone who simply produces content on deadlines.

We’re looking for thinkers, doers, dreamers and genuinely curious people who understand that good content is about creating conversations, building trust and connecting with people.

If you enjoy writing, understand social media, love exploring ideas and can build a community rather than simply posting content, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging, original and high-quality content for social media, LinkedIn, blogs and other digital platforms.
- Develop content that starts conversations and builds an engaged community.
- Understand what type of content works on different platforms and why.
- Research industry trends, audience interests and emerging content formats.
- Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and storytelling concepts.
- Write captions, posts, articles, blogs, newsletters and other communication material.
- Monitor audience responses, comments and conversations and actively engage with the community.
- Build and maintain a strong online community around the brand.
- Use AI tools intelligently to improve research, ideation and productivity—not as a replacement for original thinking.
- Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
- Work independently with minimal micromanagement.
- Collaborate with the team to turn ideas into meaningful content and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For You could be a great fit if you:

- Have 4+ years of experience in content writing, social media, community management or a related field.
- Write clearly,



creatively and confidently.
- Understand content strategy and audience psychology.
- Know how to create content specifically for different platforms.
- Understand that numbers matter, but quality matters too.
- Are ethical, reliable and punctual.
- Can work independently without constant supervision.
- Are genuinely curious and enjoy learning new things.
- Are comfortable experimenting with new ideas and formats.
- Know how to build conversations, not just posts.
- Use AI as a tool while keeping human creativity and judgment at the centre.
- Have a genuine interest in LinkedIn and digital communities.
- Are looking for a long-term professional collaboration.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience: 4+ years

Employment Type: Part-Time | 2 Positions

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
