We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Developer & Photographer / Videographer to produce high-impact visual and written assets for our digital channels. In this role, you will own the content creation process end-to-end—from concept development and copywriting to shooting, editing, and publishing. The ideal candidate excels at storytelling through both media lenses and written words, producing engaging multi-platform content that builds brand awareness and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality original photos and videos for social media, website, email campaigns, advertising, and internal media.

- Content Development: Draft transparent, compelling written copy (captions, blog posts, video scripts, newsletter content, and promotional copy) aligned with brand guidelines.

- Post-Production: Execute professional color grading, photo retouching, sound editing, motion graphics, and video cutting using industry-standard software.

- Campaign & Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, build content calendars,



and align creative assets with broader marketing goals.

- Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive a structured library of creative assets, gear, and media files.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics across platforms and iterate creative strategies based on audience engagement data.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience (2+ years) in photography, videography, and content creation (portfolio required).

- Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting setups, audio recording gear, and visual staging.

- Mastery of creative editing suites, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.

- Hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their respective media specs and trends.

- Strong project management skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
