About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to build and manage engaging content for a compatibility app.

Your job will be to turn everyday roommate experiences, renting struggles, shared-living situations, and relatable moments into content that people actually want to watch, share, and engage with.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands social media culture, has strong creative instincts, and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram and other short-form platforms.
- Create relatable, entertaining, informative, and trend-driven content around roommates, renting, shared living, and finding compatible roommates.
- Research current social media trends, memes, formats, sounds, and content styles and identify opportunities for the brand.
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines for short-form videos and reels.
- Create content that naturally communicates the app's features and value proposition without making it feel overly promotional.
- Understand the target audience and create content that speaks to their everyday experiences and pain points.
- Experiment with different content formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and creative concepts.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated with changing social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Contribute to building a distinct and recognizable content identity for the brand.

What we are looking for:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Excellent creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently.
- Solid storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging hooks and short-form scripts.
- Good understanding of what makes content relatable, entertaining, and shareable.




- Someone who actively consumes social media content and understands internet culture, trends, and memes.
- Ability to think from the audience's perspective rather than simply promoting a product.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Good to Have

- Previous experience creating social media content, reels, or short-form videos.
- Experience with content creation for lifestyle, real estate, consumer apps, or Gen-Z audiences.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience appearing on camera or creating UGC-style content.
- A portfolio of reels, scripts, social media content, or other creative work.
