Adventure Diaries is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can turn travel experiences into engaging stories, reels, photos, videos and social media content.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a strong sense of storytelling and be passionate about travel, adventure and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Shoot and edit travel reels, short-form videos, photos and promotional content.
- Develop creative ideas around destinations, group trips, adventure activities and traveler experiences.
- Write captions, hooks, short scripts and social media copy.
- Cover Adventure Diaries trips, events and travel experiences when required.
- Create behind-the-scenes and user-generated style content.
- Coordinate with Trip Leaders, Marketing Team and Operations Team for content requirements.
- Follow current social media trends and adapt relevant trends for the Adventure Diaries brand.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Create content for upcoming trips, offers, destination launches and promotional campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into engaging reels and short videos.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style and messaging.
- Track basic content performance such as reach, views, engagement and follower growth.
- Collect traveler testimonials, reviews, photos and videos during trips.
- Suggest new content formats and campaign ideas to improve brand visibility.

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.




- Creative storytelling and content ideation skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging captions and short-form scripts.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interest in travel, lifestyle and adventure content.

Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Freshers with a solid portfolio or social media content experience can apply.
- Prior experience in travel, lifestyle, hospitality or social media content creation will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable travelling for content shoots when required.
- Candidates with their own camera, smartphone or content creation setup will have an added advantage.
