Transport: - Drop Facility Only

Work Mode: - Work from Office

Industry Experience: - Relevant Banking Experience Mandatory

Candidates must meet ALL the below criteria:

- 2 to 6 years of overall experience.
- Relevant Banking / BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Minimum relevant experience in inbound voice customer service.
- Experience handling UK customers / UK banking process is preferred/mandatory as per process requirement.
- Strong UK English communication skills with good pronunciation and comprehension.




- Experience in handling customer queries over voice/inbound calls.
- Positive knowledge of banking operations and processes.
- Working knowledge of CRM / customer service tools.
- Candidates must be comfortable working 9-hour UK shifts.
- Work from Office is mandatory.
- Candidates must be available for Immediate Joining to maximum 15 days' notice period.
- Only candidates with valid and verifiable employment history will be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the 9-month contractual employment.
