Position Title : Consultant SAP FICO & SD

Function: SAP Finance & Sales Distribution

Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP FICO & SD Consultant with 4–7 years of experience to support S/4HANA Finance and Sales initiatives. The role will focus on solution design, configuration, integration and support across Record-to-Report (R2R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO and SD solution architecture across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Lead solution design for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Closing
- Design and configure core SD processes – sales order management, pricing, output determination, shipping/delivery, and billing
- Deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
- Solid knowledge of Controlling (CO) including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing




- Design finance and sales integration with SAP MM, EWM, TM, Payroll, and external systems, including account determination (VKOA) and revenue recognition
- Define integration using APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and event-driven architectures
- Configure and support SD Credit Management in coordination with FI-AR teams
- Support cutover, data migration, and hypercare activities across FICO and SD workstreams

Qualification & Experience:

- 4-7 years of SAP experience, with strong exposure to both FICO and SD modules
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Sales implementations and support projects
- Experience working in client-facing and lead consultant roles preferred

Domain Knowledge:

- SAP FICO (FI & CO) configuration and support
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) configuration and support
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and Sales
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: Sales Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Availability Check (ATP), Delivery Processing, and Billing
- SD Credit Management and its integration with FI-AR
- Financial Closing & Reconciliation
- Integration between FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP modules (account determination, revenue recognition, intercompany billing)
- End-to-end SAP implementation experience across Finance and Sales workstreams
- Production support and issue resolution
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
