WE ARE HIRING – CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Position: Construction Project Manager

Employment: Full-time | In office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day construction activities
- Plan and monitor project schedules
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project costs, materials and resources
- Conduct site meetings and track project progress
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and clients
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Ensure safety and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain project reports, documentation and approvals
- Manage projects from pre-construction through handover

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- Experience in construction/project management
- Good knowledge of drawings and site execution
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of Kerala construction practices and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on site

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
