About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Computer Engineer (IT Infrastructure) to manage and support our IT infrastructure operations at our Dahej location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network administration, hardware support, IT asset management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, AMC, and service requirements.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, network configurations, and support activities.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Manage and guide the local IT support team.
- Ensure minimal downtime and timely resolution of IT incidents.

Candidate Profile

- Experience supporting manufacturing plant or corporate IT environments will be preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Must have good communication skills and leadership capabilities.
- Candidates from Dahej, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, or nearby locations will be given preference.
