We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CADD Draftsman to join our interior contracting team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed 2D CAD drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.

The role requires close coordination with interior designers, project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other project teams to ensure drawings are practical, accurate, and suitable for site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior fit-out and contracting works.
- Develop shop drawings, working drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, furniture layouts, and detailed joinery drawings.
- Prepare detailed joinery and fabrication drawings with dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details.
- Coordinate drawings with site conditions and actual measurements.
- Incorporate revisions based on client, consultant, designer, and site team requirements.
- Ensure drawings are prepared according to project specifications, dimensions, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Prepare drawing submissions for client/consultant approval.
- Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and documentation.




- Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions when required.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, properly layered, and issued within project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP and other services drawings wherever required to avoid site clashes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Certificate in CADD, Civil, Interior Design.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior contracting, fit-out, furniture, or construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of interior construction methods and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Positive understanding of dimensions, materials, finishes, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Ability to understand site measurements and translate them into accurate drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or other drafting/design software will be an advantage.
- Experience in commercial offices, retail, hospitality, residential, or corporate interior projects.
- Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, laminates, veneers, glass, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, and partition systems.
- Familiarity with fabrication and site installation requirements.
