Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, HR Acts, and statutory requirements.

- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and other compliance documentation.

- Ensure compliance related to Factories Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.

- Coordinate with Government Departments, Labour Department, PF/ESI offices, Factory Inspectorate, and other statutory authorities.

- Regularly visit government offices and factory/plant locations for HR, labour, and statutory compliance-related work.

- Coordinate and follow up with government authorities regarding notices, inspections, registrations, renewals, submissions, and approvals.

- Support HR audits, statutory inspections, and implementation of corrective actions.





- Monitor employee-related statutory compliance and ensure timely submissions/renewals.

- Assist the HR team in resolving employee and labour-related compliance matters.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of HR and Labour Acts & statutory compliance.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel and visit government offices and factory locations as required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Experience in the textile/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
