We are looking for a Compliance & Banking Operations Executive to support day-to-day banking operations and ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day banking operations and compliance-related activities.

- Verify and process customer/account-related documents and transactions.

- Ensure compliance with internal banking policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.

- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and MIS reporting using MS Excel.

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and timely completion of tasks.

- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–1 years of experience in banking operations, compliance, financial services, or a related field.

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic formulas preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
