Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Tamluk.

The Commission Sales

Associate will promote the institute’s courses and programs to prospective learners, families, and local partners through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and outreach activities. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, explaining program features and benefits, conducting follow-ups, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and sales, coordinating with academic and administrative staff, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The associate will also support local marketing initiatives, participate in events,



and provide feedback on market trends to help refine offerings and strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving commission-based targets and building long-term relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation of course information and active listening to learner needs.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and reporting requirements efficiently.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to provide guidance, resolve concerns, and support learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Basic proficiency with computers and office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and messaging apps) for documentation and communication.
- Comfort working in an in office environment in Tamluk, engaging with local communities and participating in field outreach activities.
- Prior experience in sales, education services, or training institutes is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
