We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Commis 2 to support the kitchen team in preparing food, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation. Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, fillings, and garnishes as instructed. Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.

Support the preparation of dishes during service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations. Follow FIFO and proper food-storage practices. Check quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently. Ensure proper handling and storage of food items. Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies when required. Follow all food safety and kitchen safety procedures.





Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork during busy service hours. Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef.

Skills &

Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen preferred. Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Ability to work under pressure during busy hours. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take instructions. Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
