- Preparing salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, dressings, and other cold kitchen items.
- Complete daily mise en place as instructed by the Chef.
- Assist in food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cold kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Follow standard recipes, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with buffet, banquet, and other kitchen preparations when required.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper use of ingredients.
- Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or supervisor.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
