This is an operational leadership role focused on commercial process excellence, systems ownership, and team development. /n This is not a sales or delivery position. /n The role combines people management, contract governance, and system ownership, ensuring high standards of execution across a global organization. /n Key Responsibilities /n 1. People & Team Management (Owner) /n /n

- Line manage COE staff responsible for Salesforce data validation and contract execution

/n

- Build a high-performance, process-driven team culture

/n

- Ensure consistent execution standards across business lines

/n

- Plan team capacity aligned with business growth

/n

- Support onboarding and development of team members

/n /n 2.

Contract

Execution & Governance (Owner) /n /n

- Own end-to-end contract execution for audits and consulting engagements

/n

- Ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with scope and pricing

/n

- Oversee contract review, approvals, and escalation handling

/n

- Maintain consistent global contracting standards

/n /n 3.

Salesforce Data

Validation & Enforcement (Owner) /n /n

- Ensure data quality and order-readiness in Salesforce

/n

- Validate scope, pricing, service type, and contractual alignment

/n

- Enforce completeness and reject non-compliant submissions

/n

- Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth

/n /n 4. DocuSign Ownership & System Integration (Owner) /n /n





- Act as business owner of DocuSign

/n

- Manage workflows and system integration with Salesforce

/n

- Ensure traceability and auditability of executed agreements

Process

Improvement & Change Implementation (Co-Owner) /n /n

- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements

/n

- Lead implementation of approved changes

/n

- Support adoption, training, and coordination across teams

/n /n 6. Interface & Governance /n /n

- Act as key interface with Sales Operations and delivery teams

/n

- Ensure smooth handovers and alignment across functions

/n

- Escalate structural issues when needed

/n /n Profile /n Education and Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

/n /n Experience /n /n

- Experience in contract management within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated environments

/n

- Robust understanding of pharma contracting and contract review (redlining)

/n

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM

/n

- Experience with DocuSign or similar tools

/n

- Experience managing operational or shared-service teams

/n

- Exposure to GxP environments is a strong advantage
