- Lead the Bengaluru region's site and RO billing & commercial team; train them on company procedures and SAP.

- Scrutinise Pre-start Estimates/Budgets from sites and secure Head Office approval before project commencement.

- Control region costs IDC, NMR cost, and departmental labour cost – across all Bengaluru sites.

- Send monthly MIS to Head Office: P&L;, LCR, CTC, quantity reconciliation, and unbilled/uncertified status.

- Close external audits at site and RO level, and monitor timely submission of client bills.

- Scrutinise costing of extra items from sites and support submission of these claims to the client.

- Check and transparent subcontractor bills, and gather site data on WDA, LCR, liability, retention, and budgets.

- Scrutinise and negotiate Comparative Statements (CS) for subcontracting to optimise Direct Cost (DC); obtain Regional Head approval on CS and Work Orders (WO).

- Coordinate with MEP, PMV, and Formwork departments for finalisation of CS and WO.
