DRA Certified Candidates Preferred ? Key Responsibilities: Directly manage, guide, and motivate a team of Collection Executives. Set collection strategies and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. Monitor team performance, including collection rates, customer interactions, feedback & trails. Ensure the team follows all applicable company policies, collection processes, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and regularly follow up to increase the company’s portfolio size. Identify recent market opportunities and develop effective strategies to onboard new collection portfolios.
Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with the concerned department for effective manpower deployment. Train, educate, support, and motivate team members to achieve their daily targets and performance goals. Monitor DRA certification within the cluster and encourage team members to complete the required certification. Ensure availability of required designated ID cards for employees working on different portfolios. Identify individual team members’ strengths and development areas and provide appropriate guidance to improve performance. Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution of collection-related issues. Share regular collection performance and portfolio updates with management.
