We are looking for a physically fit and strong-looking Bouncer to support the Collection Team during field visits. The candidate should have a confident personality, strong presence, and basic knowledge of collection activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Height: 6 feet or above
- Good gym-built / muscular physique

- Strong and confident personality

- Loud and explicit voice
- Good physical presence and alertness
- Basic knowledge of collection and payment follow-up
- Willing to accompany the Collection Team for field visits
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Previous experience not preferred

- Good communication skills

Key Responsibility

- Accompany the Collection Team during field visits.
- Provide support during customer visits.
- Assist the team in handling difficult situations professionally.
- Follow instructions from the Collection Manager.
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct during field activities.
- Support the team when customers become aggressive or situations become tense.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
