Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage customer interactions to resolve queries and concerns related to loan collections.

- Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors for resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role (collections/loan sales).

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans.
