Job Title: Collection Executive – Home Loan Soft Collection

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off

Language Required: Gujarati

Job Summary

We are hiring Collection Executives for a Home Loan Soft Collection process in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in collections are preferred. Experience in Home Loan BKT X is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle soft collection activities for home loan customers.
- Contact customers regarding pending and overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Understand customer payment situations and follow the assigned collection process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Update payment and follow-up details in the system.




- Achieve assigned collection targets and performance goals.
- Escalate relevant customer cases to the concerned team when required.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections.
- Experience in Home Loan BKT X is preferred.
- Gujarati language proficiency is required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
