OffLens Tech is looking for a high-energy, proactive and results-driven Cold Email & Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to build and execute outbound campaigns targeting the US B2B market.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold email, prospect research, lead generation, campaign execution and follow-ups, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete cold email lead generation process prospecting, list building, email copy, campaign execution, follow-ups and optimization.
- Research target companies, decision-makers and relevant buyer personas in the US market.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases.
- Create personalized, compelling and conversion-focused cold email campaigns.
- Manage email sequences, follow-ups and campaign performance.
- Track key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, positive responses and meetings booked.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, subject lines and CTAs.
- Qualify inbound responses and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership/business development teams to improve ICP, targeting and messaging.




- Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM/prospecting tools.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in B2B cold email and outbound lead generation.
- Understanding of the US B2B market and outbound sales process.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads, responses or meetings through cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English communication and email copywriting skills.
- Highly proactive, energetic and target-oriented.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize outbound campaigns.
- Experience with IT Services, Software, SaaS, Technology or Digital Services will be preferred.

Valuable to Have Experience with tools such as:

Apollo | Instantly | Smartlead | Lemlist | LinkedIn Sales Navigator | HubSpot | Other CRM/Outbound Tools

Knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up, personalization and outbound automation will be an advantage.
