Position: Collection Executive
Department: Accounts / Collection
Location: Salem
Experience: 1–2 Years preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers through telephone calls and voice communication for payment collections.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding balances professionally.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmation and reconciliation.
- Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely collection as per company targets and guidelines.
- Maintain proper customer records and payment details.
Qualification
- Any Graduate, preferably B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent.
- Basic Accounts knowledge is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
