Ltd (T/A Jintas) is now building a global education platform with ambitious growth plans and a vision to become a leading player in language learning. The organization offers a fast-paced, founder-led workplace with significant room for innovation, ownership, and long-term value creation.

Role Description As Co-Founder at Jintas, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cannanore, where you will collaborate closely with the founding team to define the vision, set goals, and oversee key initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving sales and marketing efforts, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting the expansion of one-to-one language learning services.

You will coordinate with teaching staff,



streamline processes, and help design scalable systems that can support global growth. The role also involves building external partnerships, managing stakeholder relationships, and using data and research to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and research to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with founders, teachers, partners, and students.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building customer relationships.
- Background in marketing, including developing and executing campaigns to grow brand awareness and student acquisition.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in startups or early-stage ventures preferred.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in education, edtech, or language learning sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
