Our thesis is simple

AI is making execution cheaper. Professional judgment is becoming more valuable.

Most training teaches people what to know. We are building a way for people to practise how to decide when information is incomplete, priorities conflict and choices have consequences.

Our MVP is functional, our products are live, and the core AI engine is already in production. We are now looking for a Co-founder & Head of AI/ML to build and own the AI capability of the company.

The role

This is a deeply hands-on founding role .

You will work directly with the founder to design, build, evaluate and deploy the AI systems powering Velvuri, Kelvuri and future products.

This is not an AI management role. In the early stage, you will be the primary AI/ML builder.

You will own the journey from:

Problem → Experiment → Architecture → Code → Evaluation → Production → Iteration

What you will build

- AI systems that generate realistic professional scenarios and decision environments
- AI-based evaluation of reasoning, judgement, prioritisation and trade-offs
- Personalised learning and AI coaching experiences
- RAG and knowledge systems across professional domains
- Agentic and tool-using workflows where they create real product value
- AI evaluation, reliability, observability and guardrails
- Scalable and cost-efficient AI infrastructure
- Reusable AI capabilities across IT, healthcare and future domains

What we are looking for Typically 10–15+ years of experience , or exceptional equivalent depth.

You have built and shipped production AI/ML systems , ideally from an early stage or 0→1 environment.





Strong experience in areas such as:

- LLM applications and GenAI
- AI/ML system architecture
- RAG, agents and knowledge systems
- AI evaluation and reliability
- Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- MLOps / LLMOps and production deployment
- Model, latency and inference-cost optimisation

You do not need to match every technology. We care more about what you have built than the tools on your resume.

You should be

- Deeply hands-on and comfortable writing production code
- Strong technically, but equally strong at product thinking
- Comfortable with ambiguity and 0→1 problems
- Curious about new AI approaches and able to learn quickly
- Willing to challenge assumptions and make difficult trade-offs
- Focused on outcomes, not technology for its own sake
- Comfortable working closely with a founder in a very early-stage company

What success looks like In the first 6–12 months, you will help us:
- Significantly improve the current AI engine and product experience
- Build differentiated AI capabilities around professional judgement
- Establish a robust evaluation and reliability framework
- Create reusable AI infrastructure across products and domains
- Improve AI quality while keeping infrastructure and model costs under control
- Prepare the technology for significantly larger learner and customer volumes
- Help build the AI team as the company grows
