Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in the Noida Area and combines the responsibilities of Co-founder, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Business Partner with investment. We are not looking for just a traditional CMO—we need a true Business Partner who treats this venture as their own business and puts in 100% effort. Building and scaling a new startup requires handling multiple responsibilities alongside your core role, so we need someone who is willing to step up and manage various tasks beyond just marketing to help the business stand tall.

The individual will lead overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans for Sellers Login, while actively participating in key business decisions as part of the founding team. Day-to-day tasks include defining and executing marketing campaigns, guiding sales initiatives, analyzing market trends, overseeing customer acquisition and retention, and collaborating on product and service offerings. The role also involves building and mentoring a lean marketing and sales team, managing key partnerships,



and contributing capital alongside strategic input to support sustainable growth.

As a core Co-founder, you will work closely with other founders to shape business models, drive revenue, and support the long-term vision and scalability of the company with complete entrepreneurial ownership.

Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria

- True Ownership & Partner Mindset: Beyond a standard corporate role, you must possess the passion and commitment of a co-founder to treat the business as your own and handle both ground-level and strategic tasks.
- Strong Analytical Skills: To interpret data, assess performance, and guide strategic decisions effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: For internal collaboration, stakeholder management, and external representation.
- Proven Sales Skills: With hands-on experience in building pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Robust Marketing Skills: Including strategic planning, brand development, and campaign execution expertise.
- Solid Research Skills: To deeply understand market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Startup Experience: Prior leadership experience in a startup or growth-stage company, preferably in commerce, SaaS, or related sectors.
- High-Ownership & Entrepreneurial Approach: The capability to operate in a high-ownership, fast-paced workplace and make decisions with limited structure.
- Financial Investment & Long-Term Commitment: Willingness and ability to invest financially in the business and commit to a long-term partnership with full dedication.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if practical experience and dedication are strong.
