CNC OPERATOR JD

Responsibilities

- Should Operate CNC machines (Lathe/Milling/Turning, Tsugami, VMC, CNC, etc) CNC sliding hand machine, CNC vertical milling machine

- Should know setting up recent job in CNC Machine

- Should know how to change programs and giving tools work offset

- Should have knowledge in inserts, drills and other cutting tools

- Should perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines

- Should inspect finished components for quality and accuracy using precision instruments

- Should maintain production logs and documentation

- Should follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical or Production

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC machines

- Proficient in using micrometres and vernier callipers for measurements

- Competent in handling various gauges for precision checking

- Familiarity with system document handling in a manufacturing environment
