Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled CNC Programmer to develop, modify, verify and optimize CNC machining programs as per engineering drawings, component specifications and production requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate machining, minimum rejection, optimum cycle time and smooth production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify CNC programs as per engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and process requirements.
- Prepare CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code.
- Read engineering drawings, GD&T;, technical specifications and 3D models.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, tooling parameters, speeds and feeds.
- Prepare and maintain setup sheets, tool lists and CNC program documentation.
- Verify programs through simulation/dry run and ensure safe and error-free machining.
- Support first-piece / first-off inspection and make necessary program or offset corrections.
- Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining problems and take corrective action.
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time, tool consumption, rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with CNC setters, operators,



production and quality teams for smooth production.
- Maintain proper control and revision of CNC programs.
- Support new component development, process improvement and production trials.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, 5S and company manufacturing standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC Programming and machining processes.
- Good knowledge of G-Code / M-Code.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi or equivalent CNC controls.
- Good understanding of CNC Turning / VMC / HMC machining.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, speeds, feeds and machining parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize programs for productivity and quality.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software will be an added advantage.

Qualification ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Experience

2–7 years of relevant experience in CNC Programming.

Experience in precision machining / engineering component manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
