Job Title: Cluster Manager – Fitness Industry

Experience: 5+ years in Fitness, Sales, Operations, or Multi-Branch Management

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to manage the overall sales, operations, team performance, customer experience and business growth of three Rocks Fitness branches.

The Cluster Manager will have end-to-end accountability for branch performance, revenue growth, team productivity, customer retention and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive overall performance of 3 fitness branches.
- Achieve monthly membership, PT, renewal and upgrade targets as applicable.
- Lead and monitor Branch Heads, Sales Heads, Personal Trainers, Front Desk and support teams.
- Track daily sales, leads, conversions, collections, renewals and outstanding payments.
- Improve sales conversion, PT productivity, customer retention and revenue growth.
- Monitor branch operations, cleanliness, equipment, grooming, discipline and SOP compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a premium customer experience.




- Identify revenue leakage, operational gaps and business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop Branch Heads, Sales Heads and Trainers.
- Monitor marketing leads and coordinate branch-level growth initiatives.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Take ownership of branch-level problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong teams and systems that enable branches to perform independently.
