Role & responsibilities :

- Expand business by identifying, empanelling and activating DSAs across the assigned cluster.

- Owns the growth of the Housing Loan portfolio in the assigned cluster in terms of business volume and client acquisition.

- Responsible for portfolio quality, risk assessment and supporting recovery initiatives for the assigned portfolio.

- Coordinate with Branch, Credit, Product, Legal and Technical teams to support business expansion, DSA sourcing, market activation and onboarding of required legal and technical evaluators.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Housing loans handling DSAs, home loans or loan against property in an NBFC/ Bank/HFC.

- Ability to independently drive sales performance and take complete ownership of Housing business in the assigned cluster

- Ability to build solid relationships with DSAs and customers and independently plan and execute marketing and sales initiatives.

- Ability to speak and read regional language is desirable & Ability to communicate in English (Read-speak-write) is required.
