Cluster Head – Yana IVF Centres

Multiple Yana IVF Centres Experience: 5+ years in hospital/healthcare management, preferably IVF or fertility centre experience.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to oversee the operations and performance of multiple Yana IVF centres.

The Cluster

Head will be responsible for ensuring smooth centre operations, achieving revenue targets, improving patient experience, and maintaining operational and service standards across all assigned centres.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor the overall operations of multiple IVF centres.

- Ensure achievement of revenue, patient volume, and business targets.
- Monitor centre-wise performance, expenses, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads, doctors, counsellors, nursing, front office, marketing, and other departments.
- Develop strategies to improve patient conversions and revenue.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience and service quality.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance, and discipline.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs,



and regulatory requirements.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly centre performance reports.
- Work closely with the management to implement business and operational strategies.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of centre staff.
- Conduct regular centre visits and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Handle escalated patient and operational concerns professionally.

Preferred: Candidates with experience managing multiple hospitals, IVF centres, fertility centres, or healthcare branches will be given preference.
