Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cloud Kitchen Operations role based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing daily food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet quality, portion, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols, organizing inventory and supplies, and coordinating with delivery partners to meet order timelines. The role also includes handling basic customer service queries passed through digital platforms, supporting communication with the broader operations team,



and assisting in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills with attention to quality and consistency.
- Candidates should possess solid Hygiene and food safety practices in line with regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and delivery partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support order-related queries and maintain a positive experience.
- Relevant experience in cloud kitchens, restaurants, or food production environments is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and kitchen equipment handling is beneficial.
- Formal training or certification in culinary arts, hospitality, or food safety is an advantage.
