Job Summary

We are looking for a Datacenter & Cloud Architect with strong experience in Datacenter Infrastructure, AWS Cloud, Datacenter Transformation, Modernization, and Cloud Migration. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end transformation projects, infrastructure operations, client interactions, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Datacenter Transformation and Modernization projects.
- Handle AWS Cloud Migration and Cloud Transformation initiatives.
- Manage remote Datacenter Infrastructure across Unix, Windows, Virtualization, Network, and related technologies.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management in line with ITIL best practices.
- Define and implement service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and runbooks.
- Lead service improvement plans and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
- Manage SOW and Change Request (CR) discussions for Datacenter Operations teams.
- Participate in client meetings, onsite meetings, presentations, and service reviews.
- Work closely with operations teams, SMEs, account owners, and other stakeholders.
- Support solution financials, forecasting, budgeting, and planning for large engagements.
- Lead and mentor technical teams and drive effective knowledge management.

Required Skills:





- 6–10 years of relevant experience, with 6+ years in IT Infrastructure / Datacenter Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Datacenter Transformation, Modernization, and Cloud Migration.
- Good experience with AWS Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Unix, Windows, Virtualization, and Datacenter Network Infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience with automation, scripting, data analysis, and infrastructure management tools.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in technical team management and leadership.
- Knowledge of SLA, KPI, service delivery, runbooks, and process implementation.
- Experience with Global Banking / BFSI clients and highly secured infrastructure environments is preferred.
- Experience working with F500 companies or large IT service organizations is preferred.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or another relevant technical discipline.
