We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Clinical Operations team. Key Responsibilities

As a CRA, you will be involved in supporting and coordinating various aspects of clinical research activities, including:

- Support clinical trial activities and ensure study processes are conducted as per the protocol, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with study sites, investigators, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in site communication, study follow-ups, documentation, and trial-related activities.
- Review and maintain essential clinical trial documentation and study records.
- Track study progress, timelines, pending activities, and site-related deliverables.
- Support preparation and review of study reports, trackers, presentations, and clinical research documents.
- Assist in identifying and following up on study-related queries, deviations, and action items.




- Ensure timely communication and escalation of study-related issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, and Biostatistics.
- Participate in internal training and continuously develop knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research practices.

- Familiar with or willing to learn ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements
- Analytical, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- A quick learner with a proactive and positive approach
