Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will primarily assist our Canadian rehabilitation team with:
- Preparing and formatting Occupational Therapy and rehabilitation reports based on information provided by the treating clinician.
- Completing clinical forms, assessment documentation, progress reports, and other healthcare-related documents.
- Using ChatGPT and other approved digital tools to assist with drafting, organizing, refining, and formatting documentation.
- Following detailed instructions, templates, clinical information, and established reporting formats.
- Reviewing documentation for grammar, clarity, consistency, and completeness.
- Entering information accurately into forms and internal documentation.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
- Supporting online recruitment and candidate screening activities when needed.
- Organizing information, maintaining records, and assisting with other backend operational tasks.
- Communicating with the Canadian team through email, messaging platforms, and online meetings.
All clinical information and instructions required to complete reports will be provided. The candidate will be expected to accurately interpret the information provided and prepare professional documentation accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Strong written English skills.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of medical and rehabilitation terminology.
- Ability to understand clinical information and convert it into clear, professional documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working extensively on a computer.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, email, and other online tools.
- Ability to follow templates, instructions, and established documentation processes consistently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates must have:
- Their own reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet and professional work-from-home setting.
- Ability to attend online meetings when required.
- Comfortable typing and working on a computer throughout the shift.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, six-day-per-week position from Monday to Saturday.
The candidate must be available to work according to the Canadian team's schedule:
9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Vancouver, British Columbia time.
Candidates should carefully review the working hours before applying and apply only if they can consistently accommodate this schedule.
Important
This is a backend healthcare documentation role. You will not be providing treatment, clinical advice, or direct services to patients. Your primary responsibility will be supporting Canadian Occupational Therapists and rehabilitation professionals with documentation, report preparation, forms, and administrative work.
