Timing for this role: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Sat

Reports to: Dr. Samreen - Founder & Medical Director

Employee Code: EVA-001

Role:

1. Recording vitals, taking basic patient history
2. Assisting doctor in consultations & minor procedures
3. Giving injections / vaccines as directed
4. Maintaining sterilization, infection control & cold chain
5. Supporting elderly patients with mobility & fall-safety during visits
6. Daily operations - reception, appointments, billing, records in EVA OS, WhatsApp follow-ups

Work Ethics - Mandatory:

- Punctuality non-negotiable - Clinic ready by 9 AM sharp
- Strict adherence to timings, dress code, hygiene
- Honesty, confidentiality, respect for female patients




- No unplanned leaves - inform in advance
