We combine artificial intelligence with clinical expertise to deliver safe, evidence-based healthcare guidance across pregnancy, fertility, newborn care, and pediatrics. We are looking for experienced clinicians to help validate and strengthen the clinical intelligence behind our AI systems.

Role Description Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Part time Experience: 5+ years post-residency As a Clinical AI Validator, you will ensure that AI-generated clinical reasoning is medically accurate, safe, and aligned with evidence-based guidelines. You will work closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to improve clinical quality at scale.

- Review diagnostic reasoning for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify unsafe advice, missed diagnoses, and inappropriate recommendations.
- Expand differential diagnoses.
- Validate investigations, treatment plans, referrals, and escalation pathways.




- Validate red flags and emergency triage.
- Ensure alignment with clinical guidelines.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.

Clinical Knowledge

Development • Develop realistic clinical scenarios.

- Create edge cases.
- Review and refine clinical pathways.
- Build structured symptom-based reasoning.
