Dhyan Chess Academy is a growing online chess academy that provides structured chess training to students across the world. We work with families and students internationally, with a strong focus on quality coaching and an excellent client experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Client Success & Retention Executive to manage relationships with our US-based clients and ensure a smooth experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with US clients through chat and phone calls and resolve their queries.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth conduction of classes.
- Follow up with old/inactive clients and encourage them to rejoin.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong client relationships and improve retention.





Requirements:

- Fluent spoken and written English is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with US clients.
- Clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently during night hours.
- Prior experience in customer support, client servicing, or retention is preferred.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
