Client Servicing Specialist
- Manage day-to-day client communication, relationships, and requirements.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations, and regular project updates.
- Coordinate client feedback, revisions, approvals, and ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain robust, long-term relationships.
- Work closely with senior management and internal teams on client strategy and business growth.
Experience: 2–5+ years in Client Servicing/Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Location: Gurugram – Work From Office (Sector 65)
