Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager – Weddings to act as the key liaison between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-value wedding projects, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury wedding space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
- Understand and interpret client vision, expectations, and requirements to guide internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of wedding events.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, client presentations, and progress reports.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction.




- Ensure the highest standard of client service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to enhance client offerings.
- Attend on-site events to oversee client experience and resolve any real-time concerns.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in client servicing or project management in the wedding event industry, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Deep understanding of the wedding planning process, vendor management, and client expectations in high-end markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and under tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (Marathi is a plus).
