Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling recent and existing client

- Taking appointment and conducting meeting with clients for creative, exhibition and events briefs

- Coordinating with creative team and giving clients brief to them.

- Maintaining daily report and sharing with reporting manager.

- Managing task lists and deliverable deadlines.

- Getting tasks executed within the scope.

- Handling day to day client communications and meetings.

- Calmly handle customer complaints and work to find solutions.

- Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management.

- Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.

- Prospect for new clients and coordinate initial meetings.

- Develop and foster growth within the existing clientele.

- Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones.
