We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong day-to-day relationships.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, feedback, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams across SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Design.
- Create and maintain content calendars, campaign requirements, reports, and other client deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
- Share campaign updates, reports, insights, and recommendations with clients.
- Coordinate client approvals and ensure feedback is communicated clearly to the relevant teams.
- Participate in client calls and meetings, take notes, and track action items.




- Monitor ongoing campaigns and flag important issues, delays, or opportunities to the team.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into explicit briefs for internal teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
