JOB PURPOSE To manage customer relationships, support sales growth, coordinate customer orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts and other internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage existing B2B/corporate customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, requirements, follow-ups and quotations.
- Coordinate POs, orders, invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Track customer orders from confirmation to production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify repeat business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support the sales team in lead follow-up and customer conversion.
- Maintain customer and sales records using MS Excel/CRM/ERP.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payment-related matters.





REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong B2B sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up ability.
- Valuable knowledge of PO, quotation, invoicing and order processes.
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with multiple departments.
- Target-oriented and commercially aware.

PREFERRED Experience in Flexible Packaging / Plastic Packaging / Films / Laminates / Pouches / Manufacturing will be an advantage, but industry experience is not mandatory.

IDEAL CANDIDATE A customer-focused and commercially oriented professional who can manage key accounts, coordinate orders, support sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
