Job Purpose We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive business growth through excellent service and regular engagement. ? Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Handle client queries, requests, and service-related concerns.

Generate business through client referrals, follow-ups, and relationship management. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and other channels. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customer service. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.



? Eligibility Graduate in any discipline preferred.
