Key Responsibilities:

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Candidates should be flexible to work beyond standard hours based on business requirements)

Key Requirements:

i) Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written ii) Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel & basic analysis iii) Strong analytical skills with problem-solving ability iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities
4. Analytical thinking with attention to detail

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Insurer/ Dealer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with insurers/dealers for claims coordination.

2. In-person Insurer Interaction: Attend meetings with insurers in person for local branch claims, escalations, or follow-ups in different insurer branches.

3. Communication & Follow-ups:



Manage ongoing communication with insurers and internal stakeholders through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely action and resolution.

4. Reporting & MIS Preparation:

i) Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets. ii) Visit respective local branches of insurance company for pendency’s/coordination

5. Inter-department Coordination: Coordinate with Head Office team to ensure smooth execution of processes and closure of assigned tasks.

6. Work Schedule Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible to work on Sundays, as per business requirements.

Eligibility:

1. 0-1 year of relevant experience in field/back office or a similar role.

2. Any Bachelor’s degree
