Role Description This full-time Civil Supervisor role is an on-site position based in Kozhikode.

The Civil

Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, including site supervision, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves tracking material usage, reporting site issues, resolving on-ground challenges, and supporting timely completion of project milestones.



Effective communication with project stakeholders and accurate documentation of site activities are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination and task delegation.
- Candidates should possess Site Supervision and On Site execution skills with hands-on experience in managing civil works.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control abilities to ensure compliance with design, materials, and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects, preferably with builders and developers.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and local building regulations.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kozhikode and manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced setting.
