About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Estimation Engineer to join our Engineering & Estimation team. This position is based in Ernakulam, Kerala and will work closely with our Project & Operations Team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong estimation skills, technical knowledge, and excellent English communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

· B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil Estimation.

· Experience in portable cabins, modular buildings, prefab structures, steel buildings or industrial construction.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

· Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).

· Strong client communication skills.

· Ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed cost estimates.

· Review tender documents, specifications and drawings.

· Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.





· Estimate structural steel, sandwich panels, LGS, gypsum/cement board, doors/windows, flooring, and site development works.

· Prepare technical and commercial proposals.

· Coordinate with procurement for supplier quotations.

· Analyze project costs and value engineering opportunities.

· Maintain estimation databases.

· Coordinate with design, production, procurement and project teams.

· Prepare design drawings and structural layouts using AutoCAD.

· Support the Dammam Project & Operations Team.
