We are looking for a male Project Manager for our construction company. A civil engineer who has minimum 5-6 years of experience, who is capable of handling multiple projects at once..

Responsibilities

- Handling multiple construction project

- Developing and nurturing relationship with our clients

- Maintaining the quality of work done in all projects

- Co-ordinating with Site Engineer in work schedule

- Needs to have handled at least 10 staff below him and has to be a good people manager

- Should have existing relationship and contacts with multiple suppliers and vendors in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Proven site experience of 5-6 Years

- BTech in Civil Engineering

- Computer use competency

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and driven
