Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Civil Foreman to supervise and manage site activities related to shuttering/formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and scaffolding works. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction practices and the ability to manage workers and complete activities safely and as per project schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.

- Manage and monitor shuttering/formwork, scaffolding, reinforcement, and concreting works.

- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.

- Ensure shuttering and formwork are properly aligned, levelled, supported, and secured before concreting.

- Supervise concrete pouring, vibration, levelling, finishing, and curing activities.

- Ensure reinforcement works are completed as per approved structural drawings.

- Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding safely.

- Allocate work to workers and subcontractors and monitor their productivity.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Engineers for daily work planning.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

- Check materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities.

- Monitor manpower deployment and maintain proper workforce utilization.





- Identify and report site issues to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.

- Follow all site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.

- Complete assigned activities within the planned schedule.

- Maintain daily progress and manpower records as required.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building/civil construction projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in shuttering, scaffolding, reinforcement, and concreting works.

- Good knowledge of construction methods and site practices.

- Ability to supervise and manage workers effectively.

- Ability to understand construction drawings and instructions.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices.

- Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
