Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review civil/structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Conduct site inspections and supervise civil works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and related works.

- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, quantity calculations, and material requirements.

- Check contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities.

- Track project progress and identify delays, technical issues, and site-related challenges.

- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to safety requirements at site.

- Coordinate with statutory authorities and consultants wherever required.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, site records,



and progress updates.

- Review work progress against project schedules and coordinate for timely completion.

- Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.

Requirements:

- B.E. (or B. Tech) Civil /Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQ and quantity estimation.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with multiple consultants/contractors.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
